What is KLEX?

Kuala Lumpur Entrepreneurs eXperience (KLEX) is an event and a co-working space created on the fundamentals of encouraging the development of great businesses.

How to get to KLEX?

We are located at Empire Subang Tower Office. You may enter from the main lobby situated next to CIMB bank, register yourself at the reception’s guard in order to get your lift access card and proceed to level 3, unit A-03-08 & A-03-09.

Where do I park?

At the Empire Mall parking spaces. We posses no coupons or discounted fee for parking. Parking rates are RM 2.00 for the first hour, RM 1.00 for subsequent hours. Lost ticket fine at RM 20.00

Is there any public transport nearby?

There are several options that you can choose, either using LRT or KTM that will end up at Subang Jaya station. Then, you can walk to Empire Tower/Empire Shopping Gallery or wait for “FREE” SMART Selangor bas or RM 0.80 sen RapidKL Bus. Don’t want to wait or walk? Just call Grab.

Did you open on Sunday or Public Holiday for event spaces?

Yes, we do. But with low cost extra charges.

What is Private Office?

Private Offices are designed for those who value a greater amount of privacy. You’ll enjoy a fully furnished enclosed space to call your own.

Did I get something extra?

Yes, you do! 10 hours meeting room usage per month, Use of Prestigious Business Address, Elegant Reception Service and we do receive your parcel and mails on your behalf and notify you through SMS & E-mail.

How are the payment terms?

Payment Terms:

  • Security deposit of 2 months + 1 month current month rental
  • RM 500 deposit ONLY for tenancy below 3 months.


What is Virtual Office?

Virtual office plan is allowed you to rent our prestigious address. We will collect the letters/parcels meant for you and notify you at immediate.

Co-working Space

Can I rent a desk?

Yes, we offer 2 types of desk.

1. Hot Desks are designed for those who value flexibility, grab a seat at any available desk within the hot desking zone and get to work.

2. Fixed Desks are designed for those who enjoy an open working environment with a little more privacy. You get a dedicated desk for yourself in a shared work-space.

Service 03 – EVENT SPACE

How many pax can you accommodate per time?

Our halls and space have varieties of sizes. Can accommodate up to 100 pax depends on the room settings required.

How much is the deposit?

70% deposit required upon confirmation to secure the booking and balance of 30% to be clear on the event day.

Is there any grace period before & after event?

A total of 30 minutes of grace period given complimentary for setup (before event start – 15 minutes) and dismantle (after event – 15 minutes). Any usage exceeds, will be charge as per hour basis.

What is the meaning of Full Day/Half Day?

  • Full day is refer to 8 hours of usage, extension per hours will be charged at per hour rates.
  • Half day is refer to 4 hours of usage, extension of hours will be charged at per hour rates.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

How do I pay for my booking?

We accept cash, credit card, cheque, cash deposit (for booking via online), FPX and Paypal (Online Payments)

How about event space cancellation?

Cancellation to be done at least 72 hours prior to the booking time, for full refund. 50% refund within 48 hours, and no refund for cancellation below 48 hours.

How about Office Suite cancellation?

A minimum of 1 month written notice is required.
